Packaging of food portions
Small bag portions are received from a Vertical Form Fill bagger, counted into the proper carton quantities, and routed to Cartons via conveyors. Shakers are used to settle product. The filled cartons are then delivered to a taper for carton closure and eventually to a palletizing station.
Can and bottle collating wrapper infeed
This custom can turner presents multiple can or bottles to an automated wrapper. The solution can be adapted to many sizes and numbers of products, at rate of over 250 cans per minute. A great ROI when used in place of manual collation. Guards are removed for clarity of image. Do not operate machinery when guards are not in place.
24VDC Roller conveyor
This custom project features a fully integrated conveyor to present cartons to two separate robot cells for loading of product. Servo guides allow for automatic changeover of carton sizes.
